 DESIGN AND QUALITY OF MATERIALS

All products are made from hypoallergenic 316L steel, and all accessory designs are designed and developed exclusively by Anjewels. Anjewels accessories are manufactured under high quality standards and undergo rigorous quality control tests before leaving the factory. All Anjewels accessories comply with the strictest safety parameters, including the REACH regulation.

 WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty for Anjewels products is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers any damage resulting from manufacturing defects. Go to an authorized Anjewels point of sale for a free replacement or repair of your products. If the repair cannot be carried out, your accessory will be exchanged for a similar one or one of equal value. For the warranty to be valid, it must be filled out in full, stamped by the authorized point of sale where it was purchased and accompanied by proof of purchase of your accessory.

 PRECAUTION

Avoid wearing rings or wedding rings during physical activity or when sleeping. In the event of an accident, remove all steel rings or wedding rings from your fingers.

 RESPONSIBILITY

Anjewels declines any responsibility for damage caused during the use of Anjewels steel rings or wedding bands in the event of an accident.

 WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS

This warranty will not be valid if your Anjewels accessory has undergone any intervention by professionals other than those authorized by the brand. The warranty is not valid for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear caused by normal use, accidents or contact with water or corrosive products. In leather items, the warranty also does not cover natural wear and tear of the leather, due to misuse, contact with water or even wear and tear from normal use.

We ask for special attention if your Anjewels piece has a plating other than silver and/or has stones or crystals, because they should be treated with the care required for a piece of jewelry, as less careful handling could lead to the plating coming off and/or the stones or crystals becoming loose.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear or scratches caused by abusive or normal use, nor does it cover the loss of stones or any damage caused by the item to clothing.

If the warranty is invoked, the warranty period will not be extended as a result of any replacement of parts.
