TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The sale of products made through the website www.anjewels.com is regulated by these Terms and Conditions.
Before placing an order, please read the conditions below carefully.
After completing a purchase, we assume that you have full knowledge of and accepted the Terms and Conditions, and we recommend that you print them or save them in digital format for future reference.
Anjewels may update the Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice and therefore you must reread and accept them whenever you place a new order through our website.
INTERVENERS
These Terms and Conditions are agreed between Anjewels LDA, with registered office at Estrada Terras da Lagoa Parque Empresarial Primovel , Building A3 and 1A, Albarraque 2635-595 Rio de Mouro, NIPC 510077633, with a share capital of €5,000.00, hereinafter referred to as “Anjewels” and between any person aged 18 or over, an individual and not a trader, who wishes to make a purchase through the website www.anjewels.com, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”. Purchases made by minors (under 18 years of age) require authorization from their legal representatives or parents.
SCOPE
The Terms and Conditions set out herein cover the sale of Anjewels products through electronic commerce, from the website www.anjewels.com, following all the procedures for completing the purchase. They do not include the provision of services or sale of other products that are not from the brand and that may be linked to the Anjewels website through links or banners .
PRODUCTS AND PRICE
The products displayed and sold on the Anjewels website are displayed in the form of a catalogue and categorised by collection and product type, showing the respective photographs, descriptions, availability in stock, quantity to be purchased, size and price.
The price is equivalent to the value of one unit including applicable taxes. The cost of deliveries will be added to the total value of the product(s) when finalizing the order, if the value is equal to or less than €50, for Portugal.
The prices shown are only valid at the time of payment of the order. Prices may change without prior notice, so we advise you to always check the total amount to be paid before actually doing so.
In the event that the price is incorrect due to technical anomalies, the Customer will be contacted if they have placed an order. If the product has a lower value, the amount will be refunded, if it has a higher value the Customer may choose to pay the difference or cancel the order.
ORDER
To place an order, the Customer must Register or Log in to “My Account”. Registration involves entering the requested data and then logging in with the same data.
Registration requires the completion of several fields, including the name and email, which are mandatory. The Customer, in their personal area, can complete their details, such as the address for shipping orders, telephone contact to track orders, among others.
The data provided by the Customer must be correct, as Anjewels is not responsible for any damage that incorrect data may cause. Anjewels is legally entitled to take action against any abuse or transgression in order to protect all Customers.
Once registered or logged in, the Customer may add to the “Cart” all the products they wish to order, except in cases where the product stock is limited and/or if it is a Limited/Special Edition.
To complete your order, after adding the desired products to the “Cart”, you can check the images, descriptions, prices and quantities of the products; you can choose how you want to receive the order, whether at the address you provide or pick it up at a Pickup point , for which the fee corresponding to the chosen method is added to the total amount to be paid; and the payment methods you can use to complete the purchase.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
As a payment method you can choose:
Multibanco Reference – the reference is generated automatically and you will receive an order confirmation email with payment details. You must send proof of payment for your order to be shipped.
MBWay – you will receive authorization in your MBWay App to proceed with payment for your order.
Bank Transfer – You will receive the transfer details in your order confirmation email. You must send proof of payment for your order to be shipped.

Once we confirm payment, we prepare the shipment, which will include the product(s) ordered, the invoice and/or informational/promotional material, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which will be delivered by our carrier, Chronopost . You can track your order in “My Account” or using the reference number/code provided by our partner, directly on their website, https://www.chronopost.pt/live-tracking.
The average delivery time is 72 hours for Portugal. On Saturdays, deliveries are made before 1:00 p.m.
In the event of special campaign periods, or stock shortages, or for any reason the product ordered is not available, Anjewels undertakes to inform the Customer and is available to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 60 days from the moment in which such unavailability occurs.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer assumes full responsibility for their availability to receive it.
When you receive your order, we recommend that you check that it is intact, as if there is any anomaly, you should refuse delivery, and our shipping partners will have to register the incident. If the Customer fails to do so, they will not be able to complain later.
EXCHANGES
The Customer who wishes to exchange the item purchased must send an email to apoiocliente@anjewels.com describing their order, including the order number and the item to be exchanged, and await instructions from the Brand. After receiving instructions from the Brand, the Customer must send the order to the following address: Estrada Terras da Lagoa Edifício Empresarial Primovel , Albarraque, Nº 3 1-A, 2635-595, Rio de Mouro. The product must be sent intact, as received, together with the packaging and invoice. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer when sending the order to Anjewels' facilities. When Anjewels returns the order, the shipping costs will be borne by Anjewels.
RETURNS
The Customer has the right to Free Resolution, that is, they have a period of 14 days to return the product, starting from the day they receive the order, in accordance with Decree Law No. 24/2014. In our case, the deadline for the Customer to exercise this right ends after 30 days. The same applies to the exchange of the product.
To exercise your right to free withdrawal, you must observe the following conditions: the order must be immaculate, without having been used or damaged. The customer must then send an email to apoiocliente@anjewels.com or send by post, together with the order, the free withdrawal form, with the signature.
The Customer must send the return to the address Estrada Terras da Lagoa Edifício Empresarial Primovel , Albarraque, Nº 3 1-A, 2635-595, Rio de Mouro. The product must be returned intact, as received, together with the packaging and invoice. Anjewels does not assume any responsibility for shipping costs, but assumes responsibility for the full refund of the value of the product, upon receipt of the same at our facilities.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND WARRANTY
The products available on the Anjewels website are tested before being displayed for sale, thus ensuring their quality.
All products have a 2-year warranty, from the date of purchase, which covers any damage or manufacturing defect.
In the event of a breakdown or manufacturing defect, you must send an email to apoiocliente@anjewels.com explaining the situation and you will receive instructions from our technical support team.
You must always keep the Invoice as proof of purchase and the product Warranty.
The warranty does not lose or change its validity when activated.
The warranty is not valid in the event of:
Misuse of the product;
Damage or breakdown due to natural wear and tear caused by the use of the product;
Use of non-original parts to repair the product;
Intervention by third parties not authorized by Anjewels (see our points of sale here);
Damage caused to clothing by necklaces, bracelets, crystals or any parts applied to our products.
After the end of the Warranty period, Anjewels ensures technical assistance to the Customer, which implies a repair cost. This repair will only be carried out after confirmation of the estimate by the Customer.
